Enter only one event per start time, maximum 6 events total. Gym opens at 9am for 9:45 start. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to warm-up, and check in upon arrival. START TIME IS DEFAULT TIME! Ratings: Ratings as of 1/8/10 will be used. Unrated players must obtain a verified estimated rating from their coach or local club before entering. See USATT.org for club directory or call James 916-308-3209. Format: ALL EVENTS ARE ROUND ROBIN, with the group winner advancing to single elimination playoff. All matches are 3 out of 5, games to 11 points EXCEPT for Doubles which are 2 out of 3 to help keep on schedule. You will play at least two matches per event. Event Fees: 1 = $17, 2 = $29, 3 = $41, 4 = $53, 5 = $65, 6 = $77. Jr. Discount: $5 off your total if under 18 years of age. Enter only one event per start time, maximum 6 events total. Awards: Open Singles: 1st = $400, 2nd = $200, 3rd / 4th = $100. U-2300: 1st = $150, 2nd = $100. U-2150: 1st = $100, 2nd = $50. U-4600 DBLS (per team): 1st = $200, 2nd = $100. Trophies awarded for 1st & 2nd in all other events. To Enter: Mail check with entry form to James Therriault, 9323 Folsom Blvd #137 Sacramento CA 95826. Refunds will be given only if event requested is full or cancelled. Entry deadline: Must be received by Friday January 22nd.
